Do I have to be home for your visit?
The majority of our customers prefer to leave a key with us and are not at home when we visit. It is really up to you.
Does someone have to visit my house in order to provide a quote?
Absolutely not! We wouldn’t want pushy salespeople coming to our house so we would never do that to you. You can get a quote and book your cleaning online.
Are cleaning supplies included?
We invest in and provide eco-friendly cleaning products and even give you organic cleaning and DIY tips!
Does my cleaner arrive at the exact time I book?
Yes, most of the time. However, we allow a one-hour window due to traffic and weather circumstances. In scenarios where your cleaner will be late, you will be contacted to let you know the ETA.
